Birds: Birds are warm blooded creatures who are covered in feathers, produce eggs and fly. However, there are several species of flightless birds such as penguins and emus.

Examples: Owl, duck, hummingbird, ostritch, parakeet, crow, vulture, falcon, puffin.

Extinct Birds: Dodo, Labrador duck, Javanese lapwing, White-winged sandpiper, Rodrigues pigeon, Heath hen.
