Fish

 

 

Fish: Fish are cold blooded creatures that inhabit both fresh and salt water, and reproduce by laying eggs. Some fish, such as the sea perches of the Pacific coast, give birth to live young, while others, such as the minamitobihaze of the malaysian mangrove forest are amphibious. 


Examples: Tuna, salmon, manta rays, moray eels, perch, sturgeon, swordfish, pufferfish, piranha.


Extinct fish: Dunkleosteus, Pucapampella, Helicoprion, thicktail chub, phantom shiner, stumptooth minnow, Maryland darter.
